Follow a northern evening from the cabin to the northern lights. This printable set brings together six of my original paintings from Red Lake, Ontario, surrounded by the boreal forest and its quiet lakes:

- Keesick's Trapping Cabin – Helen and Mike's family cabin on Red Lake, with a campfire glowing in the birches

- In the Stillness – a glowing sunset across still water

- Solitude – a soft evening view through the pines

- Perfect Ending – a cozy log cabin glowing under a blazing red sunset

- Loons at Twilight – a mother loon and her chicks under a crescent moon

- Northern Lights – the aurora dancing over a little island of pines

Each card has a slim navy border and is blank inside, ready for your own note. They're lovely for thank-yous, birthdays, sympathy notes, or just because, and perfect for anyone who loves cabin life, lakes, or the north. These paintings all come from Red Lake, in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. Life there was surrounded by the boreal forest, with quiet lakes around every bend. Evening light on still water, loons calling at dusk and the northern lights dancing overhead became the heart of my work. Each painting is a little piece of that peaceful place, and I hope it brings a moment of calm to your home.
